CECAN Webinar: Cynefin – Navigating Uncertainty

Oct 19, 2022 | News

The recently published EU Field Guide to managing in complexity (and chaos) represents an important milestone in the shift of the complexity sciences into operational management. Aside from a simple five step approach to dealing with a crisis it also contains a body of pragmatic methods and tools to create a resilient organisation able to deal with rapidly changing and largely un-forecastable events. The guide is based on the Cynefin framework.

On 18th October 2022, Dave Snowden (Director & Founder – The Cynefin Centre) hosted a CECAN webinar outlining a new process for mapping strategic opportunities based on the guide, along with the core steps needed to build a future-fit organisations.

If you were unable to join the webinar, you can read further details and watch the session via our Events page. We are also pleased to be able to share a PDF version of the PowerPoint slides.
